Does FindReps work with iOS 26?

Yes, FindReps is fully compatible with iOS 26.

Can I use FindReps on all my iOS devices?

Yes! You may access your account on a new or additional iPhone or iPad by using the Restore Purchase function under the RepCoins tab.

How long should it take for Rep Candidates to appear?

Interested candidates will usually begin to appear within hours, and will continue to appear for a week or more. Remember that FindReps is a continuing service, with new reps joining the network every day. It might take a few days for some reps to respond to your opportunity. (Why? Well, as you know, the best reps are usually busy selling!)

"Confirmation Email Sent" - What does that mean?

For users recruiting W-2 (employee) reps, a confirming Email message is sent when you register your account. Please reply to this Email to verify your Email address. Once your reply has been received, your registration will be processed promptly, and you will be able to add sales opportunities and start receiving rep candidate responses.

For those recruiting 1099 (independent) reps, a confirmation message is sent to your email address when you start a Rep Search. We will wait until you reply to this message and confirm the details before presenting your sales opportunity to the FindReps network. Please reply to the email message (or call us at 610 356-1067) and your Rep Search will begin as soon as we have processed your confirmation.

What are RepCoins?

RepCoins are the in-app currency of FindReps. You use them to acquire Rep Profiles with full contact information. For example, if you wish to acquire the full profile of an interested Rep candidate and the price of that profile is 50 RepCoins, you must have at least that number of RepCoins in your account. If you're running low on RepCoins, then tap the RepCoins tab and purchase more RepCoins through the Apple App Store.

Why do we use RepCoins?

RepCoins make the process of acquiring individual contact profiles much quicker and easier - there's no need to process an App Store purchase for each and every one. Besides, it's fun! By the way, when you register your account and start a Rep Search, we'll give you 25 RepCoins to get you started!

Can I browse rep profiles on the FindReps website?

Sorry, no. To maintain privacy and security, FindReps Rep Profiles are not available on the web - they may only be viewed in the FindReps app.

I just upgraded to a new iPhone. How do I access my RepCoins and saved Rep profiles?

Download the FindReps app from the App Store and use the Restore Purchase function under the RepCoins tab: just enter the Email Address and password associated with your FindReps account and all should be well. If you need assistance, Email us or give us a call. We'll take care of you.

I need to use a different credit card to purchase RepCoins through the App Store. How do I do that?

That's very easy to do. In the Settings on your device, tap on your name, then Payment and Shipping. Add the new payment method and you'll be ready to go.

Does HSMN endorse or recommend Reps?

No. The Healthcare Sales & Marketing Network is in constant communication with Reps, ISRs and distributors, and we work hard to verify and update all information in their FindReps profiles. Only YOU can decide if a particular Rep is a good fit for your company and products.
